Challenge:
F.M. was selling women’s wear in local souks with inconsistent income and no legal standing to scale or access capital.
How We Helped:
We formalised the business (Auto-Entrepreneur to SARL), provided export training, created a lookbook, assisted in registering a trademark, and developed a website for international wholesale.
Outcome:
F.M. Fashion now sells to buyers in Spain and Belgium and has launched a small factory unit in Casablanca with government grant support.
